I cannot praise this company enough. I have been dealing with Pina and her staff for a long time. I have 18 grandchildren, A nanna, a grandma for my mum who has passed. Daddy's girl for my 1st grandchild. My daughter has 2 Angels for her and hubby and 3 Bells for her kids. I have also brought for friends kids as Christmas pressies. I have just contacted Pina as my grandson has just broken his Bell and she has returned an answer straight away and a new one is being done, that is what I call good service. I love these ornaments and will keep getting them when I need to. The baubles arrived safely and I just wanted to thank you, they are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted plus more. They bought tears to my eyes. As soon as I gave them to the teachers I put them on Facebook (as I didn't want to spoil surprise beforehand) Thank you again for being so patient and answering all my questions. I wasn't sure if the 4 baubles I ordered this year would arrive in time, but true to form, Classic Christmas Gems had my order processed & delivered interstate in 3 days. All were well packaged for the trip & arrived safely. The quality of these beautiful baubles is the same excellent standard as when I placed my first annual order 20 years ago.
